When starting a new design project, there are steps of the design process to follow that help us achieve the best results.
1. Gather information phase
The first step in any new project is to learn about a client’s business goals and objectives. We work with you to determine your message, target audience, main objectives, timeframes and desired look and feel. All this information is gathered and used in developing a strategic creative brief that serves as a road map throughout the course of the project.
2. Design of preliminary concepts
Time is spent researching competitors, analysing strategies, brainstorming and sketching ideas. Using the information gained from the project brief our designers come up with solid design concepts that are relevant, unique and effective.
3. User feedback & revision
We present our design concepts, different, yet all staying within the set branding goals. The client reviews the design concepts and has the opportunity to narrow down the options with further refinement and tweaking to achieve a final design concept that fulfills the strategic creative brief.
4. Approval & delivery
Final artwork will be sent to you for approval. Depending on what the deliverable is – a logo, brochure or website – we make moves to bring it to life. For a print piece, we will supply print ready files to the chosen printer, oversee the production and quality and ensure it is delivered on time. Once we have final approval of your website, we will make the site live and send an invoice for any pending balance.Upon completion we will provide all client logins, implement training if required, commence Search Engine Optimisation and Digital Marketing should this optional extra be accepted.
By sticking to the design process steps we save everyone a lot of time and money while still creating an excellent design for you. We pride ourselves in our high attention to detail and creative thinking. Our tight knit team is made up of four talented and enthusiastic individuals who are keen to help you with your next project.
